Last March 27 and 28, 2009, the Rotary Club of Hundred Islands and Rotaract Club of PASS College joined the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of the Municipality of Mabini, Pangasinan for an outreach at the Sitios of Dalupang, Talahib, Tambobong, Capontian and Tubey, all at Barangay Villacorta, Mabini, Pangasinan.

Mayor Titos delivered his State Of the Municipality Address (SOMA) at 8:00 a.m., Monday 20 July 2009.

In 2002, the official website of LGU-Mabini, www.Mabini-Pangasinan.gov.ph (MPGP), made its first appearance in the internet through the National Computer Center’s eLGU Program, which helped LGUs take the first step towards being online. However it was a static website and had remained unchanged until the term of Mayor Titos, who installed a Content Management System (CMS) that allowed a user-friendly environment for the managers and visitors of the website.

The CMS website, which was first put online on 4 Oct 2007, was well received; it has had more than 1.2 millions hits with visitors from over 100* countries. Its interactive features have allowed the webteam to keep it current to the events in Mabini and the visitors to provide the necessary feedback needed to improve the website. It also provided a online community to reunite old connections and establish new ones.
